When you reserve meals or join the next-drop list, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the meals you select, and any notes you add to your reservation.

We use your details only to:

• Process and manage your meal reservation
• Contact you about your order, including collection details
• Send next-drop and launch updates if you join the list

We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Reservation and waitlist details are stored in our secure hosted database so we can manage weekly orders. Access is limited to the people running OFF CAMPUS.

We keep reservation records for as long as needed to run the weekly drops and handle any questions about past orders. Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email eat@offcampusfood.com and we will action your request.
