Terms and Conditions

Submitting the reservation form is a request to reserve meals, not a confirmed paid order. No payment is taken on this site. Your reservation is only confirmed once we accept it and contact you with collection details.

Meals are released in limited weekly drops of 40 meals across all customers, with a maximum of 3 meals per customer per week. Reservations close Sunday 8pm each week, or earlier if the drop sells out. When the weekly limit is reached, the site shows the drop as sold out and you can join the next-drop list instead.

Every launch meal is £3.50. The total shown on the site is the number of meals multiplied by £3.50. Prices may change for future drops; the price shown when you reserve is the price that applies to that drop.

Collection details are confirmed for each drop and the exact location is provided after your order is accepted. Please collect within the stated window and follow the use-by and storage instructions on each meal.

OFF CAMPUS meals are prepared in a home kitchen where multiple allergens are handled. Due to the size and shared nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any meal is free from traces of allergens. At launch, our meals are not recommended for customers with serious food allergies. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please contact eat@offcampusfood.com before ordering. Recipes and suppliers may change. Always review the current ingredient and allergen information before completing an order.

Because meals are cooked fresh to order for each drop, we may occasionally need to change the menu or decline a reservation. If we cannot fulfil your reservation we will contact you using the details you provided.
